When a project needs more than a display prototype

Industrial manufacturers come to VAP 3D specifically when a part needs to bear load, withstand heat, or go straight into a functional assembly on the shop floor.

• Metal 3D printing (DMLS/powder metal) — functional metal parts tested under real operating conditions before committing to tooling.
• Tooling and fixture components — jigs, brackets, and fixtures for production lines.
• Low-volume production — metal or industrial plastic parts in small batches where injection moulding or casting tooling isn't justified yet.
• Design-for-manufacture guidance — feedback on wall thickness, supports, and post-processing before you commit to a print.
