These terms govern your use of vap3d.in and any 3D printing, prototyping, or fabrication services requested from VAP 3D ("we", "us", "our"), based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Quotes provided via our website or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information and files submitted. Final pricing may be adjusted after technical review of your design files, material selection, and production complexity.
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 business hours. Actual production and delivery timelines depend on project size, material, and post-processing requirements, and will be confirmed at the time of order.
You retain full ownership of any designs, files, or intellectual property you submit to us. We do not use, share, or reproduce client designs beyond the scope of the agreed project. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request for industrial, product design, and government projects.
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, IGES, 3MF, F3D, SKP, PDF, image, and compressed archive formats. While we maintain tight dimensional tolerances, minor variances can occur depending on material, geometry, and printing technology — these will be discussed with you where relevant to your project.
Payment terms will be shared at the time of quote confirmation. Production typically begins after payment or a confirmed purchase order, depending on the project.
We ship pan-India via trusted couriers with tracking, and can arrange international delivery for larger orders on request.
While we take every care in production and quality checks, VAP 3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered parts, beyond replacement or correction of manufacturing defects.
