VAP 3D ("we", "us", "our") operates vap3d.in. This page explains what information we collect when you use our site or request a 3D printing quote, and how we use it.
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any files you upload (e.g. STL, STEP, OBJ, images) for the purpose of preparing your quote.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Design files you upload for quoting are used solely to prepare your quote and are handled confidentially. NDAs are available on request for industrial, product design, and government projects.
Quote request files are retained only as long as needed to process your enquiry and are removed from our active servers after your quote or order is complete.
We use standard third-party services (such as email delivery and WhatsApp Business) to communicate with you. These providers process data only as needed to deliver those communications.
